Supplementary Table 2. Comparison of IC50 values (g/mL) for constructs reported
here and commonly studied broadly neutralizing anti-HIV Abs. IC50 values for 4E10,
b12, 2G12 and 2F5 Abs were taken from (18, 19) or provided by the CAVD
neutralization core. PG9 and PG16 were tested on a larger panel of viruses (35), but only
those that overlapped with our panel are reported in this table. Over a 162-pseudovirus
panel, PG9 and PG16 had geometric mean IC50s of 0.86 and 0.83 g/mL, respectively. In
calculating average IC50 values, measurements outside of the range of the assay
(indicated by a “>” or “<” symbol) were assigned to that limiting value. ND = not
determined.
