TARIFF INSTRUCTIONS ON LARA
1)
Lara system work D&D calculation this way:
Import Demurrage: From the day discharged (IDF) till Laden out gate (IFC), minus free days
Import Detention: From laden out gate (IFC) till empty return (MEA etc), minus free days
Export Detention: From the day empty out depot (MOS) till Laden in gate (XRX), minus free days
Export Demurrage: From laden in gate (XRX) till vessel sailed date (XOF), minus free days
Import Merged Detention/Demurrage: From Discharge date (IDF) till empty return depot (MEA etc), minus free days
Export Merged Detention/Demurrage: From empty out depot (MOS) till ship sailed date (XOF), minus free days
It is always important to know that just ensure chargeable days to minus off given free days, and not to add one (or more) day which
will impact in calculations. For further questions on this, kindly check with ANL RO Logistic ([email protected]).
2)
Any given free days waiver which affect on 2nd tier or more, the initial calculation will start on that particular tier.
Example: free 7 days, 8-14 days USD20
14-30 days USD40
31 days onwards USD80
If a 25 free days is given to this particular shipment, the charges will start at 2nd tier which is USD40, NOT USD20. This is "VATOS
with grid not changed" - this will be the default waiver setting. Any waiver not specifies "VATOS with grid change" it will automatic
be categories as "Not changed".
"VATOS with grid change" = on above example it will start with USD20 which is on the first tier.
Please ensure such to be remark in D&D waiver application platform: CDVA or message upon
confirmation via mail (all waiver should apply through CDVA unless on exception case)
TRANSHIPMENT ON
HOLD CHARGES
With immediate effect, on hold detention charges will be
applicable for ALL transhipment ports. Upon request by
shipper/consignee, detention tariff will apply for shipment
on hold for more than 10 days tranship status:
- USD 10 per teus per day to be charge on requestor a/c.
- if request from POL, detention must be on prepaid basis
- if request from consignee, POD office will have to collect from
consignee upon confirmation by T/S port of period being hold
ANL Logistics Dept should be informed of the hold request.
