To remove Interface Insert:
Remove Interface bolt. Pull Insert straight up.

Wahoo or Garmin Interface:
There are 2 protrusions In the bottom
of the Interface Inserts which need to dock
into bores in TCMI.

To remove Cradle Bottom:
Remove Interface and Cradle Bottom Bolts.
Cradle Bolts M3x0.8 (2x)
To adjust cradle fore/aft position:
Loosen interface and cradle bolts. Slide cradle assembly
into desired position. Tighten interface and cradle bolts to
lock cradle assembly into position.
Bolt Length Verification
M5x0.8 bolts: Use an allen wrench to snug up for positioning purposes only.
Final torque needs to be set with a torque wrench. Refer to stem manufactures
posted bolt torque specs printed on stem or in owners manual.

Step 1: Install M5x40mm OR M5x35mm
(shown) Form Mount bolt and 9mm spacer
as shown in detail “A”

Step 2: Remove factory bolt from stem.
Step 3: Lay factory stem bolt next to
assembled Form Mount bolt and compare
lengths. Form mount bolt length needs to
match factory bolt length within +/- 1mm.
Try both 35mm and 40mm bolts to achieve
this. If this cannot be done with supplied
bolts please contact F3 cycling for further
instruction

Torque Specifications: Use the stem/Bike
manufacturers recommended stem bolt
torque specification posted on stem or in
stem/bike owner’s manual.
This F3 Cycling product should be installed
by a qualified bicycle mechanic using
the appropriate professional tools. Use a
calibrated torque wrench when tightening
bolts to torque specifications. Bolts that are
too loose or too tight can cause failure of
components and/or loss of bicycle control
leading to serious injury or death.

I M P O R TA N T T I P S :
Factory Bolt Length
When torqueing Form Mount bolts up to spec, use
an alternating technique between bolts so both
bolts are brought up to final torque spec equally.
Grease the surface of the bolt heads that contact
the arm support sleeves.
