2016 IRA Contribution
Deadline April 17, 2017
For a 2016 deduction, the deadline for making
contributions to your IRA (individual retirement
account) is April 17, 2017. The maximum you can
contribute to all of your traditional and Roth IRAs
is $5,500 (or $6,500 if you are age 50 or older). The
IRA contribution limit does not apply to rollover
contributions or to qualified reservist repayments.
