The promotional period is Saturday 1st August to Monday 31st August 2015. $10 minimum
spend is required to enter at participating stores. One entry per transaction. Entrants
must complete all required fields on this entry form to qualify for entry. The promoters,
retailers and their employees and contractors are not eligible to enter. No responsibility is
accepted for late entries. Entries will not be accepted by mail. The prize is: 12 month
membership valid at Les Mills Takapuna only, 3 training sessions with a selected Les Mills
Personal Trainer $1442 value or more, 12 month M2 Magazine subscription ($131.40),

valued at over $2500. The draw will be held on Thursday 3rd September 2015 at Les Mills
Takapuna at 5pm. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The
winner will be contacted by phone by Friday 4th September 2015. Prizes must be redeemed
by 31 December 2015. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable. The
promoters and associated partners are not liable if these vouchers are lost or stolen. Les
Mills membership is only available to New Zealand residents aged 15 and over, valid at Les
Mills Takapuna only and not available to current members. It cannot be used in conjunction
with any other offer or advertised discount. Les Mills Personal Training sessions are with
selected trainers only. The prize winner agrees to provide their information and to allow
them to be photographed marketing and publicity use by the promoter. The promoter
