Replacing the Paper Tail Support Guide
1.
Remove the paper tray from the bottom of the printer and remove the paper from the paper tray.
2.
Flip down the paper tray extender located at the rear of the paper.
3.
Push in on the sides of the paper tray extender to release it from the tray.
4.
Grasp the paper tail support guide by the lugs and slide the paper tail support guide out of the tray.
5.
Install the new paper tail support guide back into the paper tray.
6.
Put the paper tray extender back into its normal position.
7.
Adjust the paper guides. It is important to adjust the paper guides correctly to ensure that the paper is not skewed
in the print process. Paper jams may occur if this operation is not carried out correctly.
