Team Time Activity

Parents and family are
invited to join us at LOT 60 to
celebrate our final time
together, say our goodbyes
and play music and games
together. Bucky Badger will
be there to give a fond
farewell. Families can take
students home directly from
this event.
Stay connected to UWMadison. There are many
programs and events you
can continue to participate
in. We hope to see you
again very soon.
Team time is a critical element in the College for Kids
experience. In their intimate groups, students have the
opportunity to discuss what they are learning with their
intellectual peers. Students are taught higher-level thinking
and questioning skills that help them take full advantage of
the courses, field trips, tours, and exhibitions. Team time is also
spent developing creative thinking, leadership skills, and
problem-solving strategies through games and interaction.
Finally, this time together gives CFK students an opportunity
to build friendships and establish a sense of belonging to the
UW-Madison campus community. Campus tours included
Chazen, Geology, Entomology, and Physics Museums;
Wisconsin Institute of Discovery; Carillon Bell Tower; DC Smith
Greenhouse and more.
