What drives engagement
in this program?
Registration, tracking & incentives
As claims data may not identify expectant mothers until
late in their pregnancy, in order for Health Advocate to
effectively manage this program, we would require that
the members call to register, which will allow us to
identify them at an early stage, as well as track their
participation for incentive reporting purposes.
Having an incentive strategy in place to drive enrollment
would be important to a successful program launch.
A typical incentive structure may
look like: $250 for enrollment in
Healthy Baby and $250 for
completion
