Low-Carbon Savilahti project Project Low-Carbon Savilahti • To find possibilities of: • Solar energy • Geothermal energy • District heating and cooling • Hybrid solutions • ICT and building automation • Events and interaction The lowcarbon energy plan of the Savilahti The main target of the low-carbon energy plan of the Savilahti area –project is to survey the current state of energy efficiency in key development sectors of the area. The project aims also at finding the best practices to develop an urban area as low-carbon way as possible. FUNDING AND COLLABORATION SaVE is part of Savilahti-project. SaVE implements Programme for Sustainable Growth and Jobs, which is part of European Regional Development Fund. SaVE is funded by the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment and cooperation partners .
