might actually save money on hiring temporary
employees.

BENEFITS
• The partnership with TBWA has a positive fiscal
impact for EPC, because it helps compensate for the
loss of Administrative staffing. Over the last 6 years
the EPC cut 25% of its positions and approximately
50% of its administrative support staff.
• By partnering with TBWA, EPC is augmenting this
staff at no cost to the budget.
• Participants will gain great job training opportunities.
• Participants receive Federal Temporary Assistance for
Needy Families (TANF) benefits.
