Terms of participation activity
1. Plant Visit Project will set for 2 dates with 16 people in each day, divided to
- 12 shareholders
- 4 investors
2. Shareholder/investor is entitled one person per 1 seat only.
3. For the Company shareholders, the shareholders who have the right to join the Plant Visit Project are the
people whose names were listed in the record date on Thursday, March 9th, 2017 and whose names were
collected in accordance with section 225, Securities Act; the company's share registration book on
Friday, March 10th, 2017.
4. Response to join the Plant site visit Project
1) For the Company shareholders, please send the Response Form to the Company within April 26th,
2017 via mail only. Sending by some other method that does not meet the criteria will not be
considered.
2) For the general investor, please download the Response Plant Visit Project Form at PAP website:
http://www.pacificpipe.co.th and send the Response Form unofficially via facsimile at 02 679 9074 or
through investor relations’ email address at [email protected] before delivered the original the
Response Form to the Company within April 26th, 2017. If the delivery of the original Response Form
delays in those days, the Company will deem your waiver.
5. The Company will random the applicant names on April 27th, 2017 (in case of the shareholders / investors
are over 16 persons)
6. Publish a list of shareholder / investor and 5 backlist on Friday, April 28th, 2017 on the company's website
at http://www.pacificpipe.co.th
7. The Company will contact to the shareholders and investors who have right to join the project according
to the published to confirm the trip. In case of the Company cannot contact the shareholders or investors
within 7 days (as form the date of announcement list), the Company will be deemed your waiver and
contact to the backup name lists to join the project.
8. If you have congenital disease, be allergic to food or anything, please bring drugs and inform the
company in advance.
9. The company reserves
9.1 Do not consider a response that provides incomplete information, unclear or cannot be
contacted.
9.2 Do not allow the shareholder takes someone to the Plant Visit project.
9.3 Do not allow the shareholder transfer of rights of others to join the project instead
9.4 Do not allow the shareholder change the date to join the project.
9.5 The company has right to changing itinerary as attachment as appropriate
10. Please bring the identity card for register
11. If shareholders / investors who have right to participant in Plant Visit Project do. Do not participate in
activity days without waiver in advance. The company will get cut off in participation activities visit for next
time.
