Venison haunch with root vegetable trio - parsnip rosti, salt baked turnips, celeriac puree with Winter greens and red wine jus (g)

brussel tops, braised red cabbage, parsnip puree, stuffing and gravy (v/g option)
Pan fried cod fillet on Winter herb, marinated tomatoes & white bean cassoulet (g)
