Internal Supervisor Plant Construction

Your tasks:
Developing and maintaining project master programs for monitor and control of
project performance
Reviewing project schedules submitted by different project service providers (e.g.
contractors, consultants, vendors)
Analysing with purchasing department and other relevant departments extension of
time claims submitted by project service providers
Supporting/standardizing planning procedures and assisting the requesting
departments with technical evaluation of tenders
Monitoring all design activities and ensuring that the designers cover all scopes
Providing and assessing all relevant information for decision making on design
approach and choosing of material and methodology
Supporting the detailed design phase and generating of Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
Managing the supervision team according to local law and technical standards
Reviewing and assessing measurement books/quantity surveys prepared by service
providers
Preparing submission together with respective project engineer to concerned tenders
committee for approval
Your strength:
University degree in quantity surveying, architecture, civil engineering or similar
Skills in civil engineering construction work and large scale construction management
Ability to manage consultants and contractor deliverables
Thorough knowledge of FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers)
standard forms can be an advantage
Conversational level of English language (speaking, reading and writing) – additional
language is advantageous
PC-knowledge on professional user level (MS Office)
Negotiation and problem solving skills
Independent, structured and analytical attitude
Willingness to travel extensively as job requires
