TIME CLOCK USAGE - DELIVERY
This document outlines the usage of the time clock and details management of paid and
non-paid breaks specific to our Warehouse and Delivery personnel..
Beginning at start of scheduled shift…
 Locate Time Clock device in assigned facility
 Using the assigned timecard, swipe card to “clock-in” and begin your shift
• If no card available, enter assigned card number
• If key fob used instead of card, hold fob in specified area to activate
 Confirm that swipe was successful
 Proceed to assigned work area/vehicle
At scheduled Break times during the Delivery Process (offsite)…




Locate MobileCast Phone
Begin your break by selecting the start option from the “break” screen
Confirm that entry was successful
Proceed to designated break area
• If taking break away from vehicle, secure contents of your vehicle
 Upon completion of break, return to vehicle
 Using MobileCast Phone, complete “break” in phone
 Proceed to next stop on route plan
At scheduled Break times outside of Delivery Process (onsite)…
 Proceed to designated “break” area(s)
• Time Clock is not used to log break activity
 Upon completion of break, return to assigned work area
At scheduled Lunch times during Delivery Process (offsite)…
To begin your Lunch Break…
 Locate MobileCast Phone
 Begin your Lunch Break by selecting the start option on the “Break” screen
 Confirm that entry was successful
 Proceed to designated break area - If taking break away from vehicle, secure contents of your
vehicle
To conclude your Lunch Break…
 Locate MobileCast Phone
 Complete “break” in phone
 Confirm entry was successful
 Complete entry on manual lunch sheet
• Enter Lunch times on the corresponding day
• Times must match those recorded in MobileCast phone
• Sheet should be turned in daily to DC Mgmt.
 Proceed to next stop on route plan.

To begin your Lunch Break…
 Locate Time Clock device in assigned facility
 Using assigned timecard, swipe card to “clock-out” and begin your lunch break
• If no card available, enter assigned card number
• If key fob used instead of card, hold fob in specified area to activate
 Confirm that swipe was successful
 Proceed to designated “break” area(s) or off-site
To conclude your Lunch break…
 Locate Time Clock device in assigned facility
 Using assigned timecard, swipe card to “clock-in” and end your lunch break
• If no card available, enter assigned card number
• If key fob used instead of card, hold fob in specified area to activate
 Confirm that swipe was successful
 Upon completion of break, return to assigned work area
At the conclusion of your scheduled shift…
 Locate Time Clock device in assigned facility
 Using assigned timecard, swipe card to “clock-out” and end your shift
• If no card available, enter assigned card number
• If key fob used instead of card, hold fob in specified area to activate
• If shift concludes after DC closure, and access to timeclock is restricted
o Secure your vehicle and any contents
o Complete entry on manual lunch sheet
o Return time should correspond with Route End Time.
o Sheet should be turned in daily to DC Mgmt.
 Confirm that swipe was successful
 Proceed to exit the facility
