Project Deliverables
1. Individual Dashboards for Each Project Partner
Delivery in Spring 2016 (happening now)
2. Documentation and Open Source Code in a Public Repository

Delivery in Summer/Fall 2016
Secure and private web-based system to
support water administration and
operations
Integrated with existing systems, to deliver
tools and info in one place
Home page and content can be configured
to meet each user’s unique needs
Access and permissions are
controlled at the user level
Select from a list of Public stations and
integrate them into your Dashboard
Any ‘Local’ telemetry that you use can also
be integrated into your private system
Interactive GIS map of real-time conditions
combined in a single map
- DWR, USGS, BLM, SNOTEL, other public data
- Well meters, streamflow, other local telemetry
- Gate settings, asset conditions, operational info
- Active River Calls
Map symbols change to indicate when a high or low
threshold is exceeded, or station data is stale
Click on map points to view data,
asset condition, site notes,
photos
Active River Calls can be filtered by
Division, District, and Water Source
Filter to show only calls
senior to an Admin No.
Create custom combinations of data, either
raw time series or averaged.
E.g. Combine a group of river stations, a
couple key reservoir levels, your own canal
stations, on a single graph or table
View datasets on screen
and download as CSV files
Create email/text message criteria:
• High and low thresholds: high flow, low battery, etc
• Stale data: station has not reported as expected
• Regular intervals: headgate flow at 5:00AM, every 6 hours
Accounting: Reservoir, Augmentation, Operational
•
Stream DWR and other data into spreadsheets
•
Connect spreadsheets to Dashboard database
•
Streamline required DWR reporting
•
All the capabilities of Excel, and much more
By integrating with a private Google
account, your Dashboard can serve as part
of your file management system, for general
organization, calendar sharing, and
communication.
The Dashboard toolset will ultimately be
hosted on the Colorado Open Decision
