Evaluation

Evaluation Process
Why an Evaluation plan now at the
beginning of our project?
• Now that you have been successful it allows
you to re-confirm the objectives for your work
which you would have outlined in your
proposal
• This is to get you to plan your project well
from the start, organize and keep track of your
information
• It allows you to identify potential challenges at
the start
Why an Evaluation plan?
• It allows you to check in on your work
periodically and reflect on progress and to
explore barriers or new possibilities
• We will look for feedback at regular intervals,
if you are tracking progress as you go along
this will be much easier for you to feed back to
us.
Why an Evaluation plan?
• Doing an evaluation plan will help you measure
success and easily identify successes and
challenges
• It will help you identify areas for learning and
improvement
• It will help you identify opportunities for further
development or collaboration
• An evaluation plan will boost your participation at
the LNE’s and help you get the best from the
LNE’s.
Why an Evaluation plan?
• An evaluation plan helps you tell your story in
a cohesive way that will mean you can use this
project as a case study of thorough work that
could help you secure future funding.
