Prep Work and Set Design Staging
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
Moms, Dads, Teens and Kids. (Service Hours Earned)
6th Grade and younger must be supervised by parents/family.
Teens (7/8 and High school) may be dropped off – MUST sign in.
SNACKS:
Some snacks will be provided; feel free to bring some to share.
(Donations of snacks and water Always Appreciated.)
CREW PREP DAYS:
Work will be in the Hall unless otherwise notified.
Saturdays:
9AM-5PM
Lots to Do work days.

8AM-12 PM Simple Crafts during Coffee and Donuts
Noon – 4PM Family Crew Days – Props and Easier Items

TAKE HOME CRAFTS or AT HOME ACTIVITIES:
Draw, color, and create with fun items, pictures of Birds, Squirrels
and other small forest creatures. (Need to be at least 6” or bigger)
Trace and cut out HANDPRINTS & LEAVES, PINECONES (6 inches or bigger) on heavy, colorful
paper like junk mail, magazine covers, card stock etc. We have paper here in the Religious
Education Office, along with some templates if needed or you can use what you have
handy.
Cut out SNOWFLAKES-make your own or pick up our pre-drawn, ready to cut version.
Ms. P. shares she is a Huge fan of Pinterest and thinks you can find tons of
ideas and get creative and have fun with your family at the same time.
Can’t make it in?
We can email you some goodies to print out and make at home.

Entering 7/8 Grade Jr. High and High School are Welcome as well.
Family Crew Day – Anyone can come and play!
Never too young and Never too Old – Ms. P. will have a project for you!
However, no sitting service is available and you must supervise your children.
