TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility to claim the Rebate is limited to Customer’s purchasing eligible Dacor appliance combinations (“Eligible Appliances”) during the promotional period (April 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. All Eligible Appliances must be purchased during the promotional period and must be purchased together at Dacor's published UMRP price on one sales
invoice or receipt. This Promotion is offered through participating Dacor Dealers only. Dealer must submit redemption form on behalf of the consumer. Standard warranty applies. Customers claiming Rebates must submit (a) this Reward Redemption Form, and (b) copy of valid invoice or sales receipt from retail dealer showing purchase of Eligible
Appliances. Handwritten invoices or sales history receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Rebate Redemption Forms and supporting documents must be submitted no later than March 28, 2018. Customer must take delivery of Eligible Appliances no later than February 28, 2018. Submissions of the Rebate Redemption Form submitted after March
28, 2018, will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible Rebate Redemption Forms will not be accepted or returned. This offer good on sales of select Dacor appliances only and does not apply to display, used, refurbished, or non boxed appliances. All Rebate Redemption Form submissions are subject to purchase validation. Returned products are not eligible
for Rebate. Eligible Appliances may not be returned once the Rebate has been fulfilled. Offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Dacor is not responsible for claims arising from lost, misdirected, mutilated, or stolen Rebate Redemption Forms, nor for Rebate Redemption Forms that are received late. Dacor reserves the right to request
additional information regarding purchase of Eligible Appliances. Dacor reserves the right, if terms and conditions are not met, to reject claims that do not comply with these offer terms. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other Dacor promotional programs. Retail Sales Invoice must be submitted with Redemption Form and must include a valid
current address of Customer. Rebate is not transferable. Customer is responsible for determining, recording, and paying all federal, state, and local taxes related to Rebate. By participating in the Dacor “Jump Start” Promotion, each Customer agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising
out of or connected with this promotion, or any Rebates awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Customer be permitted to obtain
awards for, and Customer hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Customer’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with receipt of the Rebate), and Customer further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and
questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of Customer and Dacor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws or rules
thereof, and all proceedings shall take place in that State in the City and County of Los Angeles. Fraudulent submissions of multiple requests could result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statute (18 USC Section 1341 and 1342). Keep copies of all materials submitted; originals become the property of Dacor for use in accordance with privacy
