WHAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
 Prepare all tender documents for project tenders providing assessment and protection regarding estimation costs to minimise risk to the business
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
 Relevant tertiary qualification in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline or trade related qualification
 Proven experience within Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Power Systems related environment
 High level understanding of tender requirements including electrical/mechanical design and build processes, legislation and compliance and financial
 Advanced user of Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook
 Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across clients, suppliers, subcontractors and managers

Risk Protection
Minimise and protect the Power Systems business from tender and project risk
 Review and implement processes that allow accurate determination of timeframes and budgets for project tenders
 Develop and implement processes that allow for standardised estimates to support Power System tenders
 Analyse projects that have run over time and budget to minimise risk for future tenders
 Ensure project and tender databases are kept up to date with the most recent information regarding machines, costs and timeframes

Prepare all project tender documentation for Power Systems
 Draft all tenders and liaise with relevant team members for feedback before tenders are submitted
 Ensure minimum levels of compliance are met through all drafted tenders
 Gather relevant information and specification for tenders to ensure accurate estimation of budgets and timeframes
 Draft estimated timeframes for tenders ensuring business proposals are aligned with supplier and customer expectations
 Draft tendered budgets to ensure compliance and installation costs are calculated accurately
