Citibank DIVIDEND – Esso Acquisition: $100 Promotion 2015
Terms & Conditions
1.
“Promotion” refers to the “Citibank DIVIDEND - Esso Acquisition: $100 Promotion 2015” which will run from 1 March 2015 to 30
June 2015 (the “Promotion Period”).
2.
Promotion is only valid for the first 2,500 customers (subject to the eligibility criteria below) who do not have an existing Citibank
Credit Card* and who successfully apply for a Citibank DIVIDEND Credit Card and Esso Mobil Privilege Card** within the
Promotion Period (“Eligible Customers”).
*Eligible Customers must not have had any Citibank Credit Card within twelve (12) months prior to the Promotion Period. All
Citibank DIVIDEND Credit Cards and Esso Mobil Privilege Cards must be approved by 15 July 2015.
**The Esso Mobil Privilege Card must be linked to this Citibank DIVIDEND Card.

Eligible customers who meet the criteria specified in the table below will be entitled to receive Esso $100 Cash Rebate (maximum)
split into 10 transactions of S$10 cash rebate (“Cash Rebate”).
4.
“Eligible Transaction” refers to a single transaction at any Esso service station in Singapore with a minimum nett amount of S$10.
Successful Applications
Eligible Customers must successfully apply for
one (1) Citibank DIVIDEND Card and Esso
Mobil Privilege Card
Premium
S$100 Cash Rebate:

10 x S$10 Cash Rebate;

Only one (1) S$10 Cash Rebate will be
awarded to each Eligible Transaction until 10
transactions are met;

Eligible Transaction must be made on the
Esso Mobil Privilege Card;

Cash Rebate will be credited to Citibank
Dividend Card monthly within 2 months from
the month of the Eligible Transaction;

Last day to make the Eligible Transactions is
31 December 2015 and shall not be
extended beyond this date.
5.
The value of the total Cash Rebate credited will be charged to the Eligible Customer if the Citibank DIVIDEND Credit Card is
closed or terminated within 6 months from the date of account opening.
6.
Customers who avail of this Promotion are not eligible for any other concurrent petrol-related promotions except: Esso Site
Discount, Esso Smiles Card Discount, Shell Site Discount, Shell Escape Discount, Citi Rebate, and Citibank DIVIDEND Cashback
only.
7.
Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products
and/or services provided by third parties. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held
liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
8.
All Citibank DIVIDEND Credit Card account applications are subject to Citibank’s approval at its discretion.
9.
Citibank reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion. These
terms and conditions prevail over the contents of any brochure or other promotional material advertising this Promotion. Citibank’s
decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all customers.
