When it comes to our food suppliers, provenance is key to The Killaloe Hotel. Locality wins every
time when it comes to flavour and product. Our ultimate aim is to source our ingredients within a
50mile radius of the Killaloe Hotel. We plan on sourcing fresh food from West Clare to East Clare,
Tipperary and Limerick.
