Definitions:
Agricultural machine means a machine with its own motive power, built to perform agricultural tasks.
Agricultural special purpose vehicle means a special purpose vehicle that the Chief Executive Officer is satisfied will be used exclusively in a
farming business. This does not include a farm quad bike or farm utility vehicle.

Roads Restricted Access Vehicle (Agricultural Machine) Exemption Notice, subject to all applicable operating conditions.) Further information is

PLEASE NOTE: If the vehicle is used on a road contrary to the conditions above, the vehicle licence will be deemed invalid under section 7(4) of the Road Traffic
(Vehicles) Act 2012. Motor Injury Insurance will not apply and penalties may be incurred.
