a. Establish Company QHSE Policies & Operational Procedures to be coordinated
with Supervisors and QA/QC Personnel.
b. Establish Company HSE Manuals, Formats, Audit Trails, Operational HSE Reports.
c. Train frontline supervisors and operational staff in the effective implementation of
HSE guidelines and procedures.
d. Monitor all HSE activities of the Company encompassing all awarded contracts
and ad-hoc / third-party contracts, and necessary reports that will be required by the
Client.

e. Implement / attend to HSE programs and road shows required by the Client.

f. Attend to regular HSE meetings and issues to be resolved.
g. Organize HSE meetings as in when required.
h. Identify Mandatory Training Requirements for all the personnel of the Company,
i.e., Management & Staff, Supervisors & Operational Personnel from Foremen,
Operational Staff to Skilled Personnel.
i. Establish HSE KPIs for achievement coordination with Clients.
j. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time.
