Important information
 We plan to take 2 teams – to camp.
o Incoming 6th & 7th – will compete against incoming 7th graders
o Incoming 8th will compete in the incoming 8th team camp.
o Jason Eberly, Chadd Yager, and Scott Minick will be coaching the teams at camp.
 We will take activity buses to camp.
 Fill out and return bottom portion of this form.
