Brown Ascophyllum nodosum algae grows wild in the Arctic and is also known as Norwegian kelp or
bladderwrack. Harvested sustainably in a relatively shallow part of the sea in summer where fish
farming is prohibited and the environment is strictly controlled by the Norwegian Government.
