Registration fees: JO 1-2, $50/athlete
(Please make one cheque per club payable to: QCK Gymnastics Club)
Registration Deadline: November 23rd, 2016
Registration is limited and athletes will be
considered registered when payment is received.
Registration will be on a first paid, first registered
basis. QCK has the right to refuse participation of
an athlete if registration fees are not received prior
to the competition. The number of athletes per
category may be limited. A late registration fee
of $20/athlete will be applied after November
23, 2016.
Refunds will be issued for medical
reasons only upon receipt of a doctor’s certificate.
*Tentative schedule: *Subject to change once registration numbers are
confirmed. Final schedule will be forwarded to registered clubs prior to the meet.
Please note this will also be in conjunction with our recreational fun meet.

All clubs are required to bring one qualified judge for every six
gymnasts competing in JO Level 1 & 2

In consideration of your acceptance of my entry I, intending to be legally bound
do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release
and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damage which I may have
or may hereafter accrue to me against the Gymnastics Saskatchewan Association,
the organizers or their respective officers, agents, representatives and/or assigns
for any and all damages which may be sustained and suffered by me in
connection with my association with or entry in the above athletic meet or which
may arise out of my traveling to or participating in and returning from said
athletic meet.
Submission of your registration to the QCK Gymnastics Meet constitutes your
consent to collect, use, disclose and retain your personal information as is
reasonable for Gymnastics Saskatchewan and the Queen City Kinsmen
Gymnastics Club for the following purposes: Name, event results, programs, web
site results and photo posting.
