How Are the Meets Run?
•
CML meets are timed (30 minutes) during Resource -only 1 day each month, starting
in November and ending in March.
•
As soon as you arrive in Resource, ask your Resource Teacher for the meet problems,
and put your name and resource block at the top of your paper.
•
There are 6 problems to read & work through carefully. Some problems are multi-step,
so be sure you have answered all parts of the problem.
•
You may use scratch paper, which should be stapled to your test when you hand it in
to the Resource Teacher. You may also write along the sides or back of your test. Be
sure to write your final answer in the space provided.
•
No calculators permitted.
•
Turn in your completed test to the Resource Teacher. If you take the test home, you
will be disqualified from that meet and earn a “0”.
WRITE YOUR NAME AND
RESOURCE BLOCK HERE
You may work out
the problems or
write in the sides,
bottom, or back of
your test. If you use
a separate piece of
scratch paper, you
must staple it to
