Boys and Girls Golf
Only individuals for all the sports except for Softball and Water Polo
Have everyone class stand outside their room and cheer, clap and have drum line
leading us in front and following us in the back. Have approximately 10 second
intervals when sending the teams through, start around 1:00 and should last
around 15 minutes to walk around the school. Have teams meet around 12:50
have class get out at 1:00.
Have posters made for every team to hold as they walk through the halls
Have drum line in front and have some drum line people in the back so the
sound stays constant.
Get leadership kids to hold doors open or make sure that the doors are propped
open so the drummers and athletes can walk through with ease.
Have a better finish with the students in the commons, make sure the teachers
and students in the portables know where to go and stand.
Tips
For big teams, like football and track,
don’t make goodie bags
 Fall sports will be a little overwhelming
because there are so many teams
 Winter is easy because there are fewer
teams but have to schedule around
winter break
 Communication is key. Communicate to
the student body, coaches, athletes,
Activities Director and Athletic Director.
