The New Castle Hundred Lions Club invites you to share the day with us!
With your help and patronage, we have grown over the past 46 years from a few artists and crafters to
over 200 exhibitors. We thank you for your continued support throughout the years. The profits from this show
go back to the community to provide various eye and sight programs, medical equipment, scholarships for our
local high school students, Christmas baskets, Halloween and Easter Parades, and needy family assistance.
We had 6 food vendors for 2016 and we will not expand in 2017. We will be having breakfast from 8:00
am until around 10:00 am. Most of the arts and crafts people have been up since 5:00 am, and they have
appreciated having breakfast the last two years. Please make sure you put down all of the foods you plan to
serve as we do not allow duplication except for drinks.
All food vendors are required to obtain and post a current Board of Health Certificate with the show and
date of September 23, 2017. The rain date is September 30, 2017.
All food vendors are required to have a Certificate of Liability Insurance also naming the New Castle
Hundred Lions Club as co-insured for the show and date. It should be in the amount of $1,000,000.00 for each
occurrence.
Food Vendor Fees 2017
Full day food and beverage vendors - $500.00
Half-day and ice cream vendors - $200.00

THANK YOU FOR BEING ONE OF OUR FOOD VENDORS!
1. Food Vendors are responsible for setting up and must provide
his/her own set up equipment, including tables. You are responsible for
keeping your area clean. There will be trash cans provided in the area.
2. There will be a large tent with tables and chairs where people can sit
and eat.
3. There will be an ATM on site for people to use.
4. An appropriate sized space will be provided. Someone will meet you the
day before to show you where to set up. Electricity will be available from
nearby power poles, but you will need to provide your own heavy-duty
electrical cords. There is no fee for the electricity. There is also a water
access nearby. If you set up the day before, it is at your own risk.
5. Cars/trailers are not permitted on show grounds after 9:00 a.m. OR
BEFORE 4:00 p.m. on the day of the show.
6. RAIN DATE: Saturday, September 30, 2017. You will be notified if the
show is postponed due to inclement weather. The decision will be
made by noon the Thursday prior to the show. Call 302.528.2377 to
find out if postponed, or check on the website.
7. If you do not plan on attending the show this year we must know by April
1, 2017 so we can get another food vendor to take your place.

Please fill out this form and mail it in as soon as possible so we know you will be at the
show. If we have not heard from you by April 1, 2017, we may need to find other food
vendors, but we would prefer our prior vendors to be at the show.
Please send your application as soon as possible but the fee is not due until August 1, 2017.
However, you may send the fee with your application form.
Please include a copy of your insurance along with your fee and bring the health certificate to
the show. These forms will need to be redone if we have to go to the rain date.
