As a leading all-round, co-educational school, each pupil will spend up to
a third of their time at College engaged in sport and activities. Indeed, sport
has a long and well-respected tradition at Cheltenham College; at the top
end, numerous pupils have achieved national recognition whilst still attending
College and many pupils have gone on to represent their countries across
a variety of sports, including athletics, cricket, hockey, rowing, rugby and
shooting. College’s all-inclusive sporting policy ensures that all pupils have the
opportunity to learn, develop and achieve.

multi-sport brand that is Surridge Sport today. Surridge is equipped to cater

What kit do I need?
The College kit list has been split into Lower and Upper College for both
Girls’ and Boys’ requirements and arranged into Bundles for your convenience.
By purchasing the Bundles, this will entitle you to a 20% discount voucher with
Academy on all sports equipment.

ACADEMY SPORTS & LEISURE
Since its formation in 2004 Academy Sports & Leisure has rapidly expanded to
become one of the South West’s leading suppliers of Teamwear and equipment
to the region’s leading academic institutions and sports clubs. They will act as
the retailer for College in the provision and allocation of the sports clothing.
How do you purchase the kit?
All core games kit must be purchased from Academy Sports & Leisure,

How do I label my kit?
WOMEN
This is explained in College’s joining instructions but Academy Sports is now
offering a personalisation service for all garments purchased at £3 per garment,
though a discount is available on “bundle” personalisation.
Shirts/Jackets
What happens if the kit does not fit?
Purchased items can be exchanged as long they meet the terms and conditions
of sale from Academy Sports. Games kit is delivered via a courier service,
either to your home or an address of your choice. Deliveries will also be
made by Academy Sports to all College Houses. The website has full details
on sizing, but if garments do not fit, the returns process is designed to be
trouble-free. Please check the advice offered on sizing below, as this can
vary from other products.
Garments that have been ordered incorrectly can be returned for a no
quibble exchange (to be taken to Academy Sport) as long as they are unused,
undamaged, not soiled, not personalised and in the same condition as when
purchased. Faulty, or defective products will be exchanged or refunded.
