QUESTION
How do I show the growth of plants in my Home Designer plan?
ANSWER
To show the growth of your plants
1. First, launch Home Designer and choose to Open
the plan in which you want to
grow your plants.
2. Take a Perspective Full Camera
view of your plan.
3. Select Terrain> Plant> Grow All Plants
to open the Grow Plants dialog.
4. Click and drag the slider bar and select a growth period from 0 to 20 years.
This only applies to plants that have a mature height and mature age set in their
Plant Image Specification dialog.
Once a plant has been "grown" in a 3D camera view, moving the slider
back to the left will not shrink the plant image back down in size.
5. Click OK to apply the changes and see your 3D camera view update.
