File, Home, Insert, Design, Transition, Animations, Slide Show, Review, View
1-File: Save, Save As, Open, Close, Info, New, Print, Save & Send, Help, Options, Exit.
2-Home: This ribbon consists of Clipboard, Slide, Font, Paragraph, Drawing and Editing.
a- Slides: This group contains New Slide, layout, Reset, Section
i- New Slide: This tool is used for add a slide to the presentation (Ctrl+M)
ii- Layout: To change the layout of selected slide.
iii- Reset: To reset the size, format and position of the slide.
iv- Section: Organize slide in to section.
b- Fonts:
i- Text Shadow: Add shadow behind the text.
ii- Character Spacing: Adjust the space between the characters
c- Paragraphs:
i- Text Direction: Change the orientation of text direction.
ii- Convert to SmartArt: To convert text to smart art.
3-Insert: This ribbon consists of Tables, Image, Illustration, Links, Text, Symbols and Media.
a- Links:
i- Action: Add an action to the selected object to specified what to be happen when you click on it or hover over
it with mouse.
b- Text:
i- Slide Number: Add the slide number in the slide.
c- Media:
i- Video: It is use to insert video in the slide.
ii- Audio: It is use to insert audio in the slide.
4-Design: This ribbon consists of Page Setup, Slide Orientation, Themes and Background.
a- Background:
i- Background Styles: Choose the background style in the slide.
ii- Hide background Graphics: Use to hide background.
5-Transition: This ribbon consists of Preview, Transition to This Slide and Timing.
a- Preview: Preview the transition of the slide.
b- Transition to this Slide: Select transition for slides.
c- Timing: Set the timing of slide and allow to set duration.
6-Animations: This ribbon consists of Preview, Animation, Advanced Animation and Timing.
7-Slide Show: This ribbon consists of Start Slide Show, Set Up and Monitors
8-Review: This ribbon consists of Proofing, Language, Comments and Compare.
9-View: This ribbon consists of Presentation Views, Master Views, Show, Zoom, Color/Grayscale and Window.
