Take These 5 easy Steps:
1. Check to see if you are eligible for this program—see green box at left.
2. Buy a Premium 1.1 (or less) gpf toilet. Use this list to find one that qualifies.
These toilets are available at a variety of retailers, including these local retailers.
3. Fill out this rebate application.
4. Send these three items to the address below:
1. Signed, completed application.
2. Copy of purchase receipt (including method of payment, brand, model, and number of toilets).
3. Copy of water bill.

Premium 1.1 gpf (or less) toilets in single family homes, duplexes and triplexes with separate utility bills in
Saving Water Partnership service area are eligible for this rebate. This program is subject to on-site
verification of the purchase and installation of the product. I certify that I have read, understand and agree
to the terms and conditions of this rebate program. The undersigned expressly agrees that Seattle Public
Utilities (SPU) may inspect all qualifying toilet installations, that installation of qualifying toilet models may
not result in lower water bills; and that SPU does not warrant any toilet or installation to be free of defects,
the quality of workmanship, or the suitability of the premises for toilet installation. Funding is limited and
rebates are available on a first come, first serve basis.
