INTRODUCTION
Green lush plants, which are ploughed into soil as a
fertilizer are rich in nitrogen, proteins, amylum and
microelements. It also creates the system of root canals
and feeds worms and germs, which store up nitrogen.
Together with defunct roots they create a small amount of
compost on the surface, shade the soil with leaves and
protect it from erosion.
Great betweencrops include legumes (peas, cheakpea, beans, soya beans,
lentil) and herbs (vetch, lupine, holy clover, orobus, phacelia, medick and
clover). The roots of these plants contain colonies of bacteria (nitrogen fixers),
which enrich the soil with nitrogen. Any plant as a cover crop does a great
work of improving the soil.
On modern fast-running market prices for mineral fertilizers increase steadily, that increases the expenses
for sowing works. “Technik-Plus” offers you an effective solution to this situation. Our company is the
manufacturer of pneumatic seeding machines for sowing cover crops, legumes and grain crops.
Seeding machines are put into action by hydraulic, electric drive or with PTO shaft. A great choice of
seeding shafts gives an opportunity to get a minimum seeding of 1,5 ha or a maximum seeding of 600kg/ha.

In our range we have pneumatic seeders fully electric driven or with hydraulic fan drive (electric seed roll drive).
As a special the hydraulic driven seeders can be used with earlier tractor models or with new ones.

The seeding machine makes an areal planting (spreader plates) or a row sowing with double disc shares up to
50 rows per working step. A great choice of tank volume: 130 / 200 / 300 / 400 / 500 / 800 / 1.200 / 2.000 /
3.500lit. Our seeding machines may be easily installed on any implement.

This situation may be solved by pneumatic seeding-machine Turbo-Jet Super 8 with electric drive. This
machine used for seeding between crops, is applied in small and large agricultural sectors.
For more than 8 years this model has been used for seeding rape from far valleys of Australia to golden rape
fields of Siberia. Each farmer has his own idea for this machine application.

FRONT-TURBO
Mais is cultivated as a high yield fodder plant for biogas production in many advantaged locations.
Monoculture ist harmful to the environment and the health of soil. Seeding an adapted cover crop (f.e.: ray
grass, forage rye) improves the soil and restocks the animal feed. The FRONT-TURBO is developed for
seeding corn mineral fertilizer, and every cover crop.
Distribution is done in rows or as areal planting. Advantage - a flexible mounting.
The correct amount is adjusted by the speed of the seed roll. From the seed roll the
material gets to the outlettube and is distributed by the distribution tower equally.
The high power fan makes it possible to transport the grain in the hoses over longer
distances.
For Distribution are two options available:
1. Area seeding with
spreader plates
2. Seeding in rows with the
double disc shares. Up to
50 rows per operation step
are possible.

B-POWER KOMBI
B-Power Kombi = FRONT-TURBO + HECK-TURBO with tower distributor to double disc shares.
On the FRONT-TURBO is our high power fan fitted which
blows grain sized up to fertilizer without difficulty back to the
HECK-TURBO. The hose between FRONT-TURBO and
HECK-TURBO can be mounted underneath or sidewards on
the tractor. Then the fertilizer-seed mix or seed mix is blown
through the distribuot tower to the double disc shares into the
soil.

With B-Power Kombi two compatible grains can be seeded in
one working step. Therfore we have three possibilities:
1. Both seeds are blown simultaneously into the
double disc shares.
2. Sowing one field line with the first seed and the next field
line with the second seed and so on. The working width is
according to the working width of the harvester.
3. When mounting two towers each row can be seeded alternately.

Refill your soil between the main crop. Exposed soil drys out very quick and cannot collect solar energy.
A green dress protects your soil against drying out, rainwash and optimizes the soil structure. It´s important
to know that growing plants can collect the energy of the sun. So they are available for the next grain as
green manure. You safe costs for fertilzer and pesticides and rise up profit and soil structure.
CONTROL UNITS
For a convenient operation the right choice plays an important rule.
It can be choosen between two suitable control units:
Profi control unit
The Profi control unit is included to the standard set and performs the
following functions:
- On/off switch: Turns the complete unit on or off.
- Poty: For changing the speed (rpm) on the seed roll motor =
adjustment of output amount. To get a correct output amount the driven
speed must be constant.
- On/off sensor = linkage sensor: The profi control unit is deliverd with
the on/off sensor (reacts to metal). Shines the LED next to the yellow
button the sensor is active. It is possible to inactivate this on/off senosr.
- Seed roll motor on/off: The green button turns the seed roll motor on or
off. Bevore the seed roll motor the fan starts to blow. After 2-3 seconds
the seed roll motor turns on. When switching off the fan afterblows for
2-3 seconds to avoid blocked hoses.
- Calibration: For calibration keep the red button pressed. Just the seed
roll motor turns. The fan is turned off.
Seeder+
The Seeder+ unit is a vario speed control. It adjusts the speed off the seed roll motor (= output amount)
according to the driven speed. After a short programming of 4 steps the Seeder+ is ready for operation.
During working following informations can be checked:
- actual driven speed in km/h
- acutal output amount in kg/ha
- the programmed output amount in kg/ha
- the alraedy seeded amount in kg
- the already done area in ha
- the actual rpm of hydraulic fan
To get the correct output amount the unit needs the driven speed from the tractor. This speed can be taken
by a speed sensor, GPS, Radar or signal plug from tractor.
For fully automatic it is possible to install the on/off sensor on the linkage or use the on/off signals from the
signal plug cable. When the linkage is lifted the seed roll motor stops (fan is still working).

TWIN
The functions of the TWIN unit are the same as SEEDER+. As the name suggests the unit can control two
machines. In combination with the B-Power Kombi the TWIN adjusts and controls the outputamount from
the FRONT-TURBO and HECK-TURBO independently.
Optionaly a tram line set for SEEDER+ and TWIN are available.
