2017 Volleyball BC Athlete Release Form
All athletes attending tryouts for a club that is different than their previous club or athletes that wish to communicate
with other club(s), and/or club representatives, must complete a release form prior to attending tryouts or
communicating with the prospective club. Prospective clubs are advised not to allow athletes to participate in tryouts
without a signed release form; otherwise it is a violation of the Recruiting Policy.
