School items are already out in most stores and on sale so it’s a great time to stock up. Items needed are as follow: pencils with erasers notebooks ruled loose leaf paper blunt scissors Crayons & markers erasers plastic rulers pencil sharpeners Donations may be left in the bin in the narthex. * Other St. John’s Summer Concert Series: The Summer Concert August 3 will be featuring Victor Wainwright and the Wildroots, Chuck and Al’s Traveling Road Show will be the opening act. Concert begins at 7:00pm on the St. John’s campus, food and beverages are available. There is no charge for the concert, bring a lawn chair. Help the Community: The Red Cross is hosting a “Meet & Greet” to share what they do for the community in disaster situations, introduce you to current volunteers and staff, and share ways volunteers made a difference in the lives of those affected by disaster. There is no obligation, just learn and share the information with those you think would benefit from volunteering their talents. With wildfire season upon us, additional volunteers are going to be needed in order to be prepared. With your help, we can ensure the Red Cross is ready. The “Meet and Greet” will be August 5, 2017 from 10:00am-2:00pm at the Billings Public Library (510 N Broadway).
