Origins of the GF Partners Constituency (PC)
Partners Constituency
• 19th GF Board (May 2009) approved creation of the Partners
Constituency (non-voting Board member seat) made up of
– Stop TB Partnership,
– RBM, and
– UNITAID
• Purpose: to represent key partners whose mission is directly related to the
Global Fund and who are not currently represented on the Board
