Around 50% of the population in Africa has no access to drinking water. With your
support LNW can change this situation. We are ready to drill water wells, construct
solar pump stations and irrigation systems in order to ensure villages in Africa have
clean drinking water and save the lives of many people.
“Life needs water” NGO
“Live needs water” (LNW) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in
2009 in Austria by Gabriele Stuck.
Focused on bringing water aid solutions to vulnerable communities, it has specialized
in construction of drinking water wells and developing productive projects around
them. LNW has long-standing experience with the implementation of different
projects around the world, especially in arid places.
The mission of “Life needs water” is to reduce water scarcity in different regions
helping vulnerable communities in the water extraction process and water supply for
the community.
To develop its goal LNW cooperates with specialized teams of experts in geology,
water drilling techniques, solar water pump and irrigation systems. They focus their
efforts in green technology, especially solar powered, to reduce the projects carbon
shadow. The goal is to make social environmental sustainable projects.
The LNW volunteers who organize and supervise the projects are dynamic and
motivated people who work on an honorary basis, render assistance and act in a
non-profit orientated manner. LNW members decide on the projects free from any
political influences and lobby for all races equally regardless of their cultures and
religions.

Qualification: Well drilling – Drinking water extraction - Solar pump systems –
Irrigation systems
Location: Cameroon, Tanzania, Africa
LNW services include looking for investors, settlement of formalities and ensuring the
water extraction process in cooperation with excellent partners.
The water exploration and extraction process executed by our partner companies
consists of four stages:

Area prospecting done by geologists. Professionals will gain information
regarding the water source and indicate the location, where the water well
should be drilled.
•
Water well drilling using modern state of the art technology, pumping test
and analysis of the water quality.
•
Installation of water pump stations, including solar water pump stations.
This process ensures environmentally friendly energy usage. (Partner:

Water well sponsors are special donators who give the most important thing to the
people – LIFE. Through their help “Life needs water” supplies villages in Africa with
drinking water sources.
With the help of sponsors we make the water sources available. In the future this will
lead to improvement of general water situation, village people are able to maintain
themselves using plantation and food production.

After a detailed preliminary talk you will receive the project proposal from “Life needs
water”, sent per post. After submitting your written declaration of consent our team
can start preparation and implementation of the project.
When the project work is completed the water well sponsor has the possibility to
attend the water ceremony when the water well is presented to the village people.
