The collaborative effort between Victoria Grill Chef Ryan Solien and Executive Chef
Derek Myers, comes the concept of Simple, Clean and Fresh. Simple is just that, not
overly complicated, approachable, but showing diversity of flavours and a masterful
use of culinary styles. Clean, refers to our use of ethically farmed, non-GMO and
sustainable product. This demonstrates our effort to reduce environmental impact
of the food industry. Fresh is to use as much local, quality product as possible and
the freshest attainable sources from abroad.
