1 Introduction
The scope of this document is to detail the technical implementation of the
‘Look’N’Go In-flight Destination Guide and Tour Creation System’ for High Fly Air
(HFA) which includes the following:
1. Navigation System
2. Tour Plan Creation System
2 Objective
The objective of this document is to provide a clear technical approach for
implementation of the ‘Look’N’Go In-flight Destination Guide and Tour Creation
System’ for High Fly Air (HFA). The following diagrams have been used to outline the
approach for the technical team
1. Usecase Diagram

3. Sequence Diagram

3 Process Description
1. Passenger shall enter their hotel/ lodging address in the system.
2. System shall pull flight destination from flight details.
3. Passenger shall enter an address manually in the hotel address textbox or select
an address from the auto suggest field.
4. The auto suggest field shall display data only after a minimum of three
characters have been entered in it.
5. Passenger shall click on the ‘Return’ button to proceed to next screen.
6. System screen shall display a map. Map will indicate location of passenger
lodging address and all areas of interest around the passenger lodging address.
7. Passenger shall click on desired area of interest.
8. System screen shall display the following details of the selected area of interest:
 Text giving information about selected area of interest
 Images of selected area of interest
 Videos about the selected area of interest
9. Passenger shall click on ‘Add to Plan’ button on Area of Interest details screen.
10. Passenger shall enter the desired date and the selected Area of Interest will be
added to the tour plan.
11. The Passenger shall click on the ‘Finalize Plan’ button which will prompt them to
enter their email address.
12. The passenger shall enter their email address and the plan will be emailed to
them.
13. The plan will be a list of selected Areas of Interest arranged chronologically from
earliest date to latest date
