structure was condemned by
the structural engineer, the
joists were undersized and
coming away from the wall

the bay windows. Installed with
5mm Spacetherm Aerogel
blanket to the perimeter to of
the window and lapped on to
the internal wall insulation. This
is to prevent cold bridging and
stop there being a break in the
insulation and forming cold
spots.
•Training given to roofing
contractor by Solar Century to
install solar tiles to front
elevation of 47 Addington
Road.
•Return walls to both
properties insulated with
12mm Celotex TB4000 .
•Foundations poured for the
extension, poured in sections
to allow bridging of existing
sewer pipe running across the
back of property.
•Adaptations made to main
incoming water supply . A loop
was installed external to the
building to future proof the
building should the supply
change.
•The chimney breast to rear
bedroom and kitchen is
insulated with 50mm insulated
plasterboard due to space
restrictions.
