Housing Selection Instructions: 2017-2018
Step 1: Apply to participate in Fall Housing Selection
1)
go.pba.edu/housing and log into PBA Housing Self-Service Page using your PBA username and password
2)
Select the “Application” tab and pick which housing application you wish to complete. Follow the prompts.
Remember this does not guarantee housing, but informs us that you would like to be included in the process
3)
Select up to three housing options, in no particular order. Click “Add Request” to select your 2nd and 3rd housing
options, click “Continue” to submit the application. This informs us which building you’d like to be considered
for during the housing process.
4)
You will be able to edit your application and adjust your building options until March 31, 2017.
Step 2: Register for classes for the Fall 2017 semester:
You must be registered for classes in order to be included in the housing selection process
Step 3: Select Roommate(s)
1)
Log-in to the PBA Housing Self-Service Page, using your PBA user name and password
2)
Select “Housing Selection” tab and click “Select Roommate/Suitemates”
3)
Search for desired roommate(s) by typing in their information [first & last name, and email] into the provided
fields. Search for desired roommate(s) by typing in their information [first & last name, and email] into the

-orIf you do not have a roommate(s) please utilize the Advanced Roommate Search options. Those in need of a
roommate will appear.
4)
Roommate(s) must mutually accept each other’s request. You will be unable to select a room if you do not
have the appropriate number of mutually accepted roommates for desired room. (e.g. to apply for a 2 person
room in Baxter Hall both parties have to agree to live together)
Step 4: Log-in at or after assigned time and select room
1)
Log-in to the PBA Housing Self-Service Page at or after your assigned appointment time.
2)
Click on “Housing Selection” tab and select “Select Room/Suite”
3)
Choose your preferred room/suite. Once your room/suite selection has been confirmed, you have been
assigned to this housing placement for the 2017-2018 school year and will be unable to change your selections
(building, floor, room, roommate(s), etc.)
