The rate of Unloading includes the commercial storage of the
liquids for the berthing time of the ship (time that passes
between the mooring of the first rope to the unmooring of
the last rope).
It is included on the Loading rate the commercial storage of
liquids for 72 hours before the mooring of the first rope,
in the Transferring area of the ship which is going to
receive the liquid, and also the berthing time of it.
