New Omniquo’s Artificial Intelligence Agent product to be available on
AppConnect, the first enterprise app store
June, 27, 2017 — Omniquo is proud to announce that they’ll be joining
Talkdesk’s AppConnect, the first enterprise app store. Talkdesk, the world’s
leading cloud-based contact center software announced AppConnect earlier this
year at Opentalk, their annual thought leadership event in San Francisco, and has
since grown the platform to offer a wider range of contact center apps.
AppConnect features solutions that offer voice analytics, business intelligence,
workforce management, quality assurance and more. Starting soon, Talkdesk
admins can integrate Omniquo’s conversational artificial intelligence capabilities
into their contact center stack with just a single click. Like all AppConnect tools,
Omniquo’s flagship conversation agent – “Gofer” will be available as a free trial
with a pay-as-you-go system in place after the trial.
Omniquo will provide its deep domain conversational Artificial Intelligence (A.I)
product to offer intelligent agents to Talkdesk’s customers. These intelligent agents
will engage in real time natural conversation with customers or prospects by chat
