Please note the following points:
1. For classes I & II, the dates of examination will be fixed at Vidyalaya level. Question Papers may be set
and evaluated at Vidyalaya level.
2. For Classes III to VIII also Question Papers may be set and evaluated at Vidyalaya level.
3. Question papers will be supplied for classes IX, X(School based) and XI from Regional Office. Cluster
I/cs are requested to collect the required number of question papers from RO (Except local 16 KVs,
Eddumailaram, NTPC & NFC Nagar). Dates for collection of QPs will be informed in due course of time.
4. Further, cluster I/Cs are requested to arrange for distribution to their respective cluster KVs.
5. A common timetable for classes III to XI (except X board) as circulated by RO is to be followed.
6. Evaluation process for Class XI will be carried out at RO level at specified centres. The details of
centres will be intimated shortly.
7. Evaluation process for classes IX & X (School based) will be taken up at the Vidyalaya level. However,
random sample checking of answer books will be carried out as per the instructions of the Deputy
Commissioner.
8. Examination Timings: Classes III to V – 09.00am to 11.00am, Classes VI to VIII – 09.00am to
11.30am and for classes IX, X & XI – 09.00am to 12.00noon. Question papers will be distributed to
the students 15 minutes before the start of the examination i.e. at 08.45am, so that students can go
through the question paper.
