Description
650 nm Stop Reagent for TMB Microwell Substrates is a proprietary formulation designed for use with
Leinco Technologies’ TMB Microwell Substrates. When used to stop TMB Microwell Substrate reactions
the O.D. values will be read in the blue range from 620 nm to 650 nm.
Storage and Stability
650 nm Stop Reagent for TMB Microwell Substrates should be stored at room temperature (25ºC). When
stored properly the stop reagent is stable for a minimum of 3 years from the date of manufacture.
Refrigerated temperatures will not harm the reagent.
Directions for Product Use
650 nm Stop Reagent for TMB Microwell Substrates is used to stop Leinco Technologies’ TMB Microwell
Substrates without producing a spectral change from blue to yellow. 650 nm Stop Reagent for TMB
Microwell Substrates is a ready to use solution that needs no preparation or dilution. Equal volumes of
Leinco’s TMB Substrate and 650 nm Stop Reagent for TMB Microwell Substrates should be used.
