Requirements
We are undertaking a new build and require a quotation for the following works on a supply
and fit basis unless otherwise stated.
Quote to exclude sanitaryware.
Kitchen layout and final requirements are TBD but an estimate of requirements has been
included in the figures below.
Split the quote out between first fix and second fix since this has to be budgeted for in our
cash flow.
All works shall comply with all NHBC, Building Control, Gas Safe, and Thames Water
requirements.

Size up gas pipe & run gas stove 1st and 2nd fix

Carcass hot and cold supplies on ground floor to kitchen and cloak room
WCs and basins
Supply and fit 2 x outside taps
Fit 2 x sinks (not required in this quote – just run pipes ready to fit sinks)
Fit 2 x dishwashers (not required in this quote – just run pipes ready to
fit dishwashers)
Connect cold feed to coffee machine, fridge, steamer, filtered drinking
