to be shown to your camp coordinator prior to the commencement of the camps.
Terms and Conditions
1. All Coaches who want to work on a Kellogg’s Summer Camp in Antrim must
complete an Antrim GAA/Kellogg’s Cul Camp Application form and return to Ciara
Ferry by Monday, June 1st 2015.
2. Forms can either be returned by email to [email protected]
or by post to Ciara Ferry, Antrim Coaching & Games Development Manager, Unit 2
Social Economy Village, ID Hannahstown Hill, Belfast, BT17 0LT.
3. If you do not already have an Access NI Certificate, please complete the Access NI
form attached (or from www.antrimgaagamesdevelopment.ie website under
Club/documents). Return your completed Access NI, three forms of ID (read
instructions on Access NI Form) and your Antrim GAA/Kellogg’s Cul Camp
Application form to Ciara Ferry by June 1st.
4. It is compulsory for all Kellogg’s Cul camp coaches (either club only or both) to
attend a Summer Camp Coach Workshop if they have not already done so. Details
are:

Coaches Summer camp workshop: June 26th in Gort na Mona or All Saints
10am to 4pm. Evidence of certificates and qualifications must be provided at
the workshop.
5. Coaches who want to work in their Club Kellogg’s Cul Camp only must have a
foundation, child protection and Access NI certificates.
 Child Protection Course: 25th of June 7-10pm at both Gort na Mona and Tir na
nOg GAA clubhouse.

 Foundation football/hurling: 27th of June 9-5pm at both Gort na Mona and
Tir na nOg GAA Clubhouse.
6. It is the responsibility of each Club Cul Camp Co-ordinator to ensure each coach
has the necessary qualifications and completes and returns a Kellogg’s Cul
Camp Application form.
7. A file will be compiled of all coaches looking for Kellogg’s Cul Camp work including
a list of your qualifications and experience. This document will be emailed to all the
Cul Camp Club Coordinators to use if they require staff for their camps.
8. Kellogg’s Camp co-ordinators may use their club coaches first, as long as they
summit their application form, have the necessary qualification and attend GAA
courses if required.
9. All applicants will be checked regarding Foundation, Child Protection and Access NI
through the Antrim GAA and Ulster GAA Databases prior to commencement.
