Job Profile Oriented Student Interaction With the objective of providing students an opportunity for getting adequate knowledge about various job profiles available in the different domains, an interaction program was organized on Feb 9, 2016 at Faculty of Commerce and Business Management (FCBM). The event named as “Job Profile Oriented Student Interaction”. In order to enlighten the students about it, the resource was Mr Vaibhav Mendiratta, a corporate trainer from Director - Impact Training & Consulting, Delhi, having rich corporate experience and exposure. He was here to interact with students with missionary zeal of sharing his learning and insight with a belief system of “Anything and Everything for the Development of Students”. We need to give our students the best possible opportunities to learn from the Industry experts so that those learning can be applied practically for further enhancement of their career, he emphasized. The Program was coordinated and moderated by Dr Gangwar. The main purpose of conducting this program was to introduce all the MBA students to different profiles that we have in the market for a MBA graduates. He gave us a brief introduction about the profiles of finance, human resource, and marketing etc and shed light on the different companies and the skill set and competence they look for. He pointed out where we can start our career and we can make our future bright and, at the same time, gave an idea about different alternatives to choose the right career as per interest and grow in the respective field(s). The concluding part of the session was followed by question answer round from the students in which students asked many questions regarding packages and the profiles of their interest. He addressed those queries and cleared their doubt much to the satisfaction of the students. The program concluded with thanks to resource persons and students appreciated and felt elated with the interaction and expressed the desire that many more such interactive sessions should take place for the sake of the students to start off career in a growth oriented profile. ---
