2017-18 Online Account Set Up Instructions
To enroll/register for any fee based early childhood program you must first create an online
account.
ONLINE ACCOUNT SET UP
1. Go to pvschools.net/prek.
2. Choose 2017-18 School Year Preschool Registration in the left menu.
3. Sign in with your current email address and password (if you already have an
account set up skip to Program Registration Instructions document)
OR
choose click here to Sign up if you do not already have an account.
4. If you chose click here to Sign up you will be directed to set up your account.
Follow the onscreen prompts. The account should be set up in the parent’s
name.
5. You will now be directed to set up your child’s information. Click Add Family
Member and complete information about your child.
6. . . . now complete information about your child.

2017-18 Program Registration Instructions
You must have an online account created before you can enroll/register for
any fee based early childhood programs (except Gifted preschool which
requires an approval letter following testing. (Please see pvschools.net/gifted
or contact Lisa Gallagher at 602-449-2113 for more information.)
Registration for Gifted preschool will then be available via phone or in person
at the Community Education office with your letter of acceptance.
PROGRAM REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Go to pvschools.net/prek.
2. Choose 2017-18 School Year Preschool Registration in the left menu.
3. Sign in with your current email address and password.
4. Choose Early Childhood Program in the left menu.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to choose the preschool location and program
of your choice. Gifted programs are not available for online registration.
6. Choose the Full Day session you are interested in by clicking Register to the
right of the session on January 30, 2017. If you are not logged in at this point,
the system will prompt you to login with your email address and password. This
is the same email address and password you used to set up your account. A
practice session has been added to each school site so that you can practice
registration now. Registration for preschool starts at 8:00 AM on January 30,
2017. Your practice session does not register you into a program.
7. Click Select for Registration beside the student to be registered.
8. Enter the start date of 8/9/2017 and click continue.
9. A $90 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration. (The
practice session will not require a payment.) Click Continue to pay the
registration fee. Follow the on-screen prompts to pay the fee and complete
registration.
10. Within 24 hours of your initial registration, registration documents will be
emailed to you. Registration documents must be signed, completed, and
returned to the PVSchools Community Education office within 10 business days
to finalize your registration. Registration is not finalized until ALL registration
documentation has been received and verified by PVSchools Community
Education office. Failure to complete registration documentation will forfeit
your registration in the early childhood program of your choice.

Documents cannot be scanned or emailed, as original signatures are required.
11. Once your documentation has been verified by our office, you will be notified
via email that your registration is complete.
